We were originally "just looking." We came in to test drive a Jeep and ended up coming back to the delaership and sat down with Rick. It was New year's Eve, close to closing time. The price was below what I had researched, and the service was beyond expectations. I have now bought three cars from herman, and I do not plan to even visit another dealer. In fact, on my last new car purchase, last spring, I went to the Cincinnati car show, and really decided that I liked an Hyundai Sonata for my next purchase. But, I was treated so well at Northgate, I decided to get a Chrysler 200 instead. More
