I am a Rural Mail carrier and came in with a VERY specific request for a RHD Wrangler for my work. All available used vehicles were out of state at other dealerships. After doing my homework and locating several choices, I went to my local dealership, Northgate CDJ, in search of a sales person that could help me get the financing in place locally, and then get the chosen vehicle to the dealership. Roger McClure stepped up to greet me when I arrived at the dealership. I explained my dilemma to him and we got to work. Internet work narrowed down the choice to one specific vehicle in Illinois and phone calls were made. The deal was struck and Roger, himself, went up to get my RHD Wrangler and brought it all the way back to Ohio for me! This was way above the call of duty and was GREATLY appreciated!! Being an engineer, I came fully prepared with pricing data and requirements which perhaps is a challenge for patient and accommodating to work with. Unlike most sales people, Dustin had a humble and hard-working attitude which contributed to my desicion to buy from Northgate CDJ. Northgate as a dealership met my expectations but was not particularly exceptional from my typical experience. Since I was buying a used Honda van, they could not offer me a great deal of knowledge of Honda products. I would give a neutral rating on the dealership overall. More
