This was our first stop in purchasing a minivan, something we weren't thrilled about. Once we saw the Town and Country the minivan didn't sound like such a bad idea. We were "only looking" when we stopped at Northgate Chrysler to look at their Jeep Grand Cherokee. He had a friendly, open way of relating to the customer and his sales colleagues that made us feel comfortable. He was very willing to involve the more experienced sales staff in answering questions if he was unsure. Roger spent a lot of time with us, taking two test rides and answering many questions. After some friendly negotiation with the sales manager, we drove my "RED" jeep cherokee off the lot. Roger followed us to the gas station where the dealer filled our tank with gas.
