Dustin Loesche, my sales consultant, was exceptionally patient and accommodating to work with. Being an engineer, I came fully prepared with pricing data and requirements which perhaps is a challenge for patient and accommodating to work with. Unlike most sales people, Dustin had a humble and hard-working attitude which contributed to my desicion to buy from Northgate CDJ. Northgate as a dealership met my expectations but was not particularly exceptional from my typical experience. Since I was buying a used Honda van, they could not offer me a great deal of knowledge of Honda products. I would give a neutral rating on the dealership overall. More
Good Experience. Roger was very helpful on the phone prior to visit. Northgate Jeep had a very hard to find used Scion xD. Though for sale for a reasonable price, my wife and I were VERY disappointed prior to visit. Northgate Jeep had a very hard to find used Scion xD. Though for sale for a reasonable price, my wife and I were VERY disappointed in our Saturn Vue trade-in value. We still do not understand why the KBB.com and NADA.com rate our previous vehicle well over $5400 (on the low end dealer trade-in value, not private party)) and we received only $3100 trade-in at Northgate Jeep. While Roger McClure did his job very well and we were finally satisfied with the monthly payment, we probably will not use Northgate Jeep again. Again, this has no reflection on Roger. More
On the phone Roger McClure went 110% out of his way to do everything for me and took care of everything that needed to be done from holding the car I found on the net to all paper work,even spoke to my insur everything for me and took care of everything that needed to be done from holding the car I found on the net to all paper work,even spoke to my insurance agent to transfer my policy. On the test drive I ask him to drive and he did. Now how many others would do that. If at anytime I would buy another car it would be with dealer but only if Roger was still there. Thank you. Dwayne was very helpful at the Northgate dealership. I actually chatted with a customer service rep online prior to my visit. It was an overall pleasant experience and I do not regret purchasing my new vehicle. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I'd recommend Dwayne to anyone who's looking to buy the Chrysler line of vehicle in Cincinnati. More
Over all this was a good experience. I had visited the dealership to just look around a month before I made my purchase. Just enough communication to know he was there if I needed him and it was not pushy at all. A month after visiting him I had called to tell him I was stopping by and he remembered who I was and my situation and what I needed. I really did not feel like dealing with the hassle that some previous dealerships have put me through. It was very painless at Northgate. I got what I expected and feel I got a fair price and exceptional service. Had I stayed in that area and had interest in one of their vehicles, I would go back there to purchase. More
Roger was very helpful. I am currently living in Colorado and thus making my order that much more of a challenge. Roger was great in making sure my Jeep had everything on it that I ordered, the Jeep was in P and thus making my order that much more of a challenge. Roger was great in making sure my Jeep had everything on it that I ordered, the Jeep was in PERFECT condition, (I am extremely picky), and it had only 7 miles on it (including being taken to Tire Discounters for a lift). I cancelled a Rubicon I ordered from another dealer earlier in the year because they couldn't deliver the above. Roger was also able to match a price I had gotten from a dealer in Colorado. I will be ordering my next Rubicon from Roger as well. Thanks Roger. More
Dwayne was very knowledgable not just with Dodge/Chrysler brands, but he alos knew what competitor cars/SUvs did or did not have, indicating how much more value a Dodge was vs competition. My 2 year old used car that had passed their 150 point inspection had its convertible roof get stuck in the open position about 18 hours after driving it off of the lot. On a rainy day. I received a rental car at the dealers expense which was great and I truely apppriciated them doing that for me. However when initially speaking to Brain the manager (did not raise my voice nor curse) I was told he didnt have to do anything for me and we would be doing things his way. I also asked to speak to another manager and he refused to transfer me. Imagine having a convertible car for less than 24 hours and having its roof 100% exposed to a thunderstorm and hearing..i dont have to do anything for you. I will never buy another car from this dealership...worst experience in buying a car ever!!!!! More
