As a cash paying car buyer I was very pleased at how I was treated at this dealership. My son's car was towed to this dealer for a collision estimate. They left his car on their lot with the windows open, trunk open, ignition turn in the on position. It rained. The inside of the car was estimate. They left his car on their lot with the windows open, trunk open, ignition turn in the on position. It rained. The inside of the car was wet, the trunk was wet and the battery died. When we went to the dealer to check on the car, we were appalled by it's condition. When we went into the office and complained about the condition THEY left the car in, we were told that they WOULD NOT take responsibility for any vehicle left on their lot. We were at a red light on the off ramp to Colerain Avenue the other night and my son noticed that one of Northgate's new vehicles was sitting on their lot with the rear door open. It was 2am when we saw this. This dealership does not even take the time to care about their own autos, and they have proven to us that they sure don't care about autos brought to them for service. I have filed a complaint with Nationwide insurance regarding Northgate's blue ribbons service. Do yourself a big favor and take your auto SOME WHERE ELSE!!! More

He walked us through the whole process with the kindness and patience of a true professional. We bought a new Wrangler, and frankly, if I'd had more money I would have bought 2 cars! I mean, they didn't make me do anything stupid like run home to get documentation proving I owned another vehicle from a different manufacturer to get a discount, and then tell me after I returned with it I could fax the info later, like so many other dealers do. These guys are the "cat's meow", and anyone who buys a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep in Cincinnati anywhere else than Northgate is, well, just stupid. More
