We came in wanting a specific type of vehicle. Randy was very friendly and showed us the one we wanted to see along with giving us other options. I know you would think the other options he would present to very friendly and showed us the one we wanted to see along with giving us other options. I know you would think the other options he would present to us would be the more expensive ones he wanted to sell but it was just suggestions and never once did I feel like he was trying to persuade me to another car. It was all about what we wanted and he was very understanding of our needs. I never once felt that I had to do anything and he was able to (with in reason) get us to what we wanted financially.
