Good used car lot I bought a used Chevy Classic at the Northeast Car Connection a couple days ago. Although the car has a lot of miles on it, it is in very good condit I bought a used Chevy Classic at the Northeast Car Connection a couple days ago. Although the car has a lot of miles on it, it is in very good condition. It looks nice, and drives nice. No problems.... yet. But in case it does have problems down the road, it comes with a 3 month/ 3,000 mile warranty, and an optional 3 year/30,000 mile warranty. The salesman, Matt Howell-Clarke, was very nice, and so was his boss, Andy Shull. They didn't seem like the shifty, overly friendly kind of salesmen that I'd expect at a used car lot.... which is a good thing. They were down-to-earth friendly people. Except for the fact that one of the tires was low in air when I got home (which I filled with no problem), I had a pleasant experience at this used car lot, and I would definitely recommend it to others. More

My car was hit and totaled by a drunk driver on 03/27/14. I called my good friend K.Walker and she referred me to Northeast Car Connection and told me Aaron would be able to help me. I have not purchased a car since 2006 and I remembered how tedious the process can be but not at NCC and not with Aaron Torres. He was so helpful and made me feel easy. I was in good hands. He told me I looked tense and that I need to breathe and relax, everything would be fine. He was right, I was in good hands, no great hands!!!! He took me for a test drive, I told him I was worried that I would feel the full affect of the car by just driving it around the block. He said lets take it down the boulevard and give it some gas and speed. The car, oh that beautiful car, it did not shimmy or shake. The transition while it switched gears was not felt nor heard (my rent a car does and its a 2013 impala). I was more than impressed and this is my first import because I am a "GM" kind of girl, all my cars were made by GM. I am so happy that fiancé chose the Honda and I am happy that Aaron made sure I would be in something I was comfortable in and be able to have it for the long haul. Secondly, while I didn't need convincing, he made sure to tell me about the extended warranty and to that I am grateful. Aaron is the best car salesman I have ever encountered and I have encountered many, including the ones where I purchased brand new cars.
