Northeast Car Connection

Found a gem of a vehicle and a dealer! I don't buy cars often as I buy low mileage and high quality makers and drive them until the wheels fall off. I hadn't stepped onto a dealer's lot since 2010 when I bought my last Toyota Camry and that was from an actual Toyota dealership. In general I was leery of a "used car" dealer but I will say Northeast Car Connection eased that mindset with this purchase. We found a very low mileage, 1 owner 2013 Highlander during an online search and it was on the outer range of our hunt radius as we live in a Virginia suburb of DC. I called late on a Friday to inquire if the vehicle was still available and what our final cost would be if I was a serious buyer. Adam Gruman helped us out immensely and gave us zero runaround and was perfectly straight-up with us. He gave us the honest closing price and it fit our budget so we told him we'd be up to look it over the next day. If all went well with the review of the vehicle I'd give him a check the next day. True to his word Adam kept up great communications the next morning with us and he had everything all ready to go when we showed up. It was an extremely fast process and Adam and Andy (his manager) took care of everything to include getting us their holiday TV promo for buying a vehicle with them which was an added bonus. They even tried to get our rental vehicle that we were driving from DC area back to the rental company locally as to not burden us with leaving with 2 to drive home. Enterprise blew that end of the deal but for Adam and Andy to try and even work that issue (which is on us truly) just emphasized their great customer service mindset. The only fail of the whole day was Enterprise rental cars' ability to answer a phone call! This transaction restored my faith in car dealerships quite a bit, one that was quite low going into the car buying process. Don't believe me? I actually created an email address titled "ihateautodealers" to deal with all of the spam that goes with the world of online car searches. Adam 's first interaction with me on the phone and great customer service when he was in his last minutes of a long Friday let me know I didn't need to use that email with this dealership. I'd drive another 3.5 hours and deal with Philly traffic again if they have a vehicle I need in the future because Adam was that good to us. We're big on good customer service in our family and this dealership even impressed my wife. She can be very trigger happy to cut all ties with a company/business who give us a hassle. Don't believe me again??? Try and be in the DaysInn/QualityInn hotel brand and get our money...my wife will sleep in the street versus dealing with those chuckleheads ever again! I'd highly recommend Adam again to any buyer who knows what they want and need to stick to a budget and wants zero headaches when it comes to buying a car. More

Great day at Car connection I went there looking for a car.... I left with a car.... I only had 400 dollars.... they work with you, they help you, they give you a great car!!!
