Bad Customer service experience I went to this car dealer to purchase car after which I made and appointment with one sales person then when I got there he turned me over to some oth I went to this car dealer to purchase car after which I made and appointment with one sales person then when I got there he turned me over to some other sales person who I feel rush me into a car that I was not really liking, then I ask multiple time to see other cars and prices he just rush me into one car I didn't get a chance to test drive any other car to see if I like them, then 3 dys later I call to let the boos know that I didn't like the car I was rushed into so can i exchange for the car I really wanted he told me I can't exchange for nothing else pretty much saying I'm im just stuck with what I have and that I believe was a very bad Customer service experience and that the sales person and boss didn't give a xxxx how the customer feel or what best fits the customers needs they just want to sell a car and don't give a xxxx about you, so guys please be careful when you go to this dealership to purchase a car however, I would never recommend nobody to this dealership at all..... More
