After searching for weeks/days/hours online, we found our 2013 black on black barely used Kia forte online at Northeast Car Connection for $12K. Funny enough, we were at our local Kia dealer a week before, looking at the same car, except for $19K. This price seemed unreal for the exact car we were looking for. After seeing this deal, we immediately called and spoke with Charles. We are not usually the type of people who make impulsive decisions, but Charles was very informative and extremely helpful on the phone, so we were less nervous and did not have much hesitation afterwards. We jumped in the car and drove 2.5 hours in traffic and arrived well after closing time. They kindly stayed open, letting us test drive, answering any questions possible. Even still after driving so far, we were still unsure if we were ready to make the deal. Both Charles and Andy, without being forceful or pushy, kindly talked us through all of the numbers, gave honest opinions and statistics, which helped us ultimately decide that this was a steal deal. We were able to drive away that night with the car, which was great. Even still, having the minds that we do, we were still convinced that this had to be some sort of scam, because this car was beyond perfect, at a beyond perfect price. We have now had the car for a month, and I do not have one complaint. It is perfect, and exactly what we were looking for! To put it in perspective, Northeast Car Connection closes at 5pm on Saturday, we arrived at 5:30, and left at 8:30. These men were unbelievably generous with their time, Charles even led us 15 minutes out of his way so he could direct us in the right route home. Weeks after having the car, Charles has contacted us making sure that everything is going well with the car, even sending us an extra remote key that did not come with it. To whom is ever reading this, browsing for a car or reviewing dealerships, I can honestly say that Charles, Andy, and Northeast Car Connection is the place to go. As I stated, we are not the type of people who have money to blow, and we got our money's worth. All in all, we are thrilled with our new car, and completely suggest going to N.E.C.C. Aaron was a delight to work with. He remained courteous and dedicated throughout the entire process of my car purchase. Getting me a great deal was no simple task, but Aaron stayed determined to make sure we walked out with the right vehicle. I told him what I was looking for and what my concerns were. He heard me out (I never had to repeat myself) and he just went into action. He pointed me to just the kind of car that was a great fit, and kept everything positive the whole day. I personally hate having to go to dealerships to buy a car, but I know where I'll go if I'm doing this again soon. Humberto was a awesome salesperson. We were treated like royalty. He answered EVERY question with respect as if we should ask them. I loved that. WE were supposed to get the Honda Pilot 3 months ago. 11/15/13 Was a Blessed Day for me !!! ...I walk onto the lot of Northeast Car Connection just to see what they had & to my delight ..I walked out with what I now call my "My Sexy Silver Lady"...
