It's amazing how many dealerships just don't understand th and I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience working with Dawn Kavanagh. It's amazing how many dealerships just don't understand the importance of first impressions and treating people the right way. During my search, I visited several dealerships where I was thoroughly disappointed with the process and how I was treated, but Northeast Acura was noticeably different/better, which was a critical deciding factor in purchasing my car from them. As for price, I received a fair deal, both for the vehicle I purchased as well as the vehicle I traded in. I would certainly recommend Northeast Acura, and it's highly likely they will earn my business in the future as well. More

Great service experience! -Had a brake issue on the way home and called Fenton Jones Friday morning. I arrived at Northeast Acura around 2 pm and received a call at 5 pm that my TSX was ready.
