Our first contact with NEA was when we bought a used 1985 Nissan Maxima wagon (1988), which we traded in on a 1989 Mercury Sable wagon. Our first Acura was a 1998 2.5 TL. The rest is history. We are on Acura #5 now. Our current 2012 TL (who needs an overpriced BMW, Audi, etc) and our beloved 2003 MDX (which we will probably keep forever). The reason we keep coming back to Northeast Acura is because of their excellent sales staff and service department. They are always fair, courteous and caring. They truly know how important their customers are. More

I bought a new MDX from Northeast Acura and the experience was impeccable. There was an issue with my vehicle upon delivery that was unforeseeable by the dealer. Dawn let me know when a great 2012 loaner car became available. The price I was given was terrific, and the trade in on my 2002 was very fair. Brought my car in for its first complimentary oil change and visual inspection.
