My family has bought 4 'Previously Loved' Acuras from Northeast .. From the sales people (John Berhaupt) to the manager (Jason Mueller) to the service people (Chris Collins), even the owner (David E from Northeast .. From the sales people (John Berhaupt) to the manager (Jason Mueller) to the service people (Chris Collins), even the owner (David Ellis), our experience was like no other, they know our names, what's going on in our family and inquire about them when we are there for service .. I would not consider buying another used car from anyone BUT Northeast Acura!! More

I came to Northeast Acura to purchase a new - to - me used car. I have worked with Dawn in the past and immediately thought of her for my new car needs. Our first contact with NEA was when we bought a used 1985 Nissan Maxima wagon (1988), which we traded in on a 1989 Mercury Sable wagon. Our first Acura was a 1998 2.5 TL. The rest is history. We are on Acura #5 now. Our current 2012 TL (who needs an overpriced BMW, Audi, etc) and our beloved 2003 MDX (which we will probably keep forever). The reason we keep coming back to Northeast Acura is because of their excellent sales staff and service department. They are always fair, courteous and caring. They truly know how important their customers are. More
I bought a new MDX from Northeast Acura and the experience was impeccable. There was an issue with my vehicle upon delivery that was unforeseeable by the dealer. They stepped up to correct the problem, and offered me a loaner in the meantime. This minor inconvenience was more than offset by the excellent customer service which shows this dealer is truly committed to giving their customers a top notch experience. Having bought several cars elsewhere, I can say that northeast Acura is head and shoulders above the rest. More
