Love my 09 TL I bought from Northeast Acura! They are a great and freindly staff, very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure their customer is satisfied. I would rate my experience at Northeast Acura as more than. Outstanding! From the moment I entered the dealership, everyone I met wen t out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I was never pressured about leasing/buying a car, and no "special prices just for today" tactics either! I am new to leasing so I had lots of questions and every one was answered fully. I did lease a 2013 Acura ILX and I love it! It's the perfect car for me! I've been telling everybody that Northeast Acura is the place to go for their new car! More

My family has bought 4 'Previously Loved' Acuras from Northeast .. From the sales people (John Berhaupt) to the manager (Jason Mueller) to the service people (Chris Collins), even the owner (David E from Northeast .. From the sales people (John Berhaupt) to the manager (Jason Mueller) to the service people (Chris Collins), even the owner (David Ellis), our experience was like no other, they know our names, what's going on in our family and inquire about them when we are there for service .. I would not consider buying another used car from anyone BUT Northeast Acura!! More
From the moment I entered the door, the service staff were: 1.) ready to greet me by name; 2.) fully aware of why I was there, i.e., what the problem was that I wanted addressed; and 3.) back and forth t were: 1.) ready to greet me by name; 2.) fully aware of why I was there, i.e., what the problem was that I wanted addressed; and 3.) back and forth to me during the service to let me know what the diagnosis had been and what the prognosis was. I came to Northeast Acura to purchase a new - to - me used car. I have worked with Dawn in the past and immediately thought of her for my new car needs.
