I had been in a car accident and my car was totaled. I hated losing my car and didnt want to car shop. He found the car i wanted, scheduled the pick date and walked me through all of the details of my new car with extreme patience with all of my questions. He even scrubbed my old license plates clean before he put them on my new Acura ILX (which I love, by the way). I cannot say enough about the friendliness and professionalism of Northeast Acura and I would definitely buy from them again. More
We had our 2011 TSX serviced at Northeast Acura. Service was great as usual. While waiting for the TSX to be serviced we checked out the 2012 MDX. Our TSX was registered in Texas. We decided to trade it o was great as usual. While waiting for the TSX to be serviced we checked out the 2012 MDX. Our TSX was registered in Texas. We decided to trade it on the 2012 MDX and the team at Northeast Acura was great! They worked with Texas on getting our registration/plates and the entire process went smoothly. This is our fourth Acura and we wouldn't recomnend owning any other vehicle. The quality of Acura vehicles and the first rate service can't be beat. More
I generally loathe dealing with car dealers, but have to say I had a good experience with Brennan (sales mgr) and the rest of the crew at NE Acura. I traded my 04 for an 09; other than a few hiccups with the 09 being ready, the overall experience was very good. I'd recommend them. In my shopping process, I also tried to buy an 09 from Shearer Acura in Burlington and found them to be immoral (at the least), trying to disguise the fact that their CPO car had been wrecked. Northeast Acura has integrity. More
I don't usually review places, but Northeast Acura makes you feel so great when you deal with them. They really seem to care if you are happy and taken care of. They are so kind and go out of their way to b you feel so great when you deal with them. They really seem to care if you are happy and taken care of. After searching for several months for a low mileage, pre-owned vehicle from Audi, Lexus, Infiniti, and Toyota, I made the decision to purchase a new 2011 Acura MDX in September 2011. Throughout my initial pre-owned search, my contact at Northeast Acura, RP, kept me informed of all available options…and was great at updating me on upcoming availability including lease turn-ins, etc. When I had trouble committing to a pre-owned option, but knew the Acura MDX was right for my family, the sales and financing team (Jason & Sean) helped immeasurably in making the “deal” as comfortable as possible; including a very generous trade in allowance and a great financing rate. Needless to say I am a very happy Northeast Acura customer and I LOVE my MDX! More
My wife and I went to Northeast Acura as we found a great deal on a used RDX. The price was great but that is the only good review we can give. We worked with Andy and John (both salesmen there). Andy was argumentative, did not know how to properly complete paperwork and rarely returned our calls. John was unwilling to negotiate to make a deal so thankfully we waited and two weeks later the car was listed for $1400 cheaper. Brendon, the sales manager, was the only competent individual we worked with during the whole process. If you want a good deal then Northeast is your place to go. If you want any type of quality service I would recommend any other dealership you can find. More
I purchased a 2012 Acura TL Advance a few weeks ago and I can't include enough glowing compliments for the "gang" at Northeast Acura. This is my fourth Acura, so needless to say, I'm in love with the product can't include enough glowing compliments for the "gang" at Northeast Acura. This is my fourth Acura, so needless to say, I'm in love with the product, but it's also the second Acura I purchased from Northeast. Although I live 70 miles away (with an Acura dealer much closer to my residence), I nevertheless chose to do business with Northeast. And not just once, but twice! I think that says a lot about what I think about their service! It just doesn't get any better. Thanks, Northeast Acura. More
We bought our MDX in 2006 from this dealer and have had it serviced at every recommended mileage and time frame. At each visit, they made us feel like the car was just purchased and even gave us a loaner it serviced at every recommended mileage and time frame. At each visit, they made us feel like the car was just purchased and even gave us a loaner car if the visit was going to be lengthy. At the last visit a few weeks ago, our car had 85K miles on it and as I said we were treated like a new customer. I am 65 years old and have owned many cars for both my wife and I and I can honestly say that I have never had a vehicle that runs so good and had never required repair. I remember having new cars of different makes and keeping a pad or note book in the car to write down the items that would need attention when I made my next visit. For this car the pad never got used.... a testimonial to the kind vehicle and service we have received. WE are soon to start looking for another vhical soon and would certainly consider NE Acura again. More
I made several request in June 2012 to dealer to get a second master key that the vehicle should have come with no one responded to my request. I talked to the account controller and sales representative, second master key that the vehicle should have come with no one responded to my request. I talked to the account controller and sales representative, they did not give follow up or even gave me a time-frame to find a second master key. Also, we bought the vehicle for the technology features. We took the vehicle back for question regarding proper use of the Auxiliary feature and we were advised that they would follow-up to this date no response. If this is customer service after a sale, I don't look forward to dealing with the dealer ship when I have to take the vehicle back for service, that story remains to be told. More
