She has always been on the top of her game giving great customer service and keeping me appraised of the declining health of my car. When it finally was declared dead, Cassie was the reason I bought my new car at this dealership. It is hard to find someone who cares about their customers as much as Cassie does! She is a true asset to the company. More

Great Service Department I've been getting my cars serviced at Northampton Volkswagen for over five years. I appreciate the personal attention from Cassandra (service advisor) I've been getting my cars serviced at Northampton Volkswagen for over five years. I appreciate the personal attention from Cassandra (service advisor), the free multipoint inspection where they email or text you the video of the inspection to you right after they complete it, and the fully appointed customer waiting area. The biggest plus is that they offer you a ride to work or back to your home if your car is getting serviced. This is very convenient for me since I live and work in Northampton. I also have a lot of trust in the expertise in the head technical adviser and master Volkswagen tech Rich Sherwood. He works hard to make sure your car is fixed correctly. Linda Howe in parts is also easy to work with and communicates well to make sure the parts you ordered arrive quickly and the service advisers get them quickly to install. I owned a 2011 VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI for six years but I did sell it back in 2017 because the money was too good that VW was offering. I ended up buying a late model Lexus, but I still get my Lexus serviced at Northampton VW due to the aforementioned details above. I hope this is a helpful review for anyone looking for a good service department in the Pioneer Valley. More
Excellent, professional service People were great. Service was outstanding. They sent a video link of the vehicle inspection along with commentary and explanations. Awesome. But, the highlight was dealing with Cassie Cloutier, our Service Advisor. She listens, she is extremely knowledgeable about cars, service procedures, and gives excellent advice. She is fast and efficient and an excellent communicator and she follows through on everything. She works very hard to provide each and every customer a first-class experience. Professional, knowledgeable, excellent communication skills, and excellent follow through on everything. When I came to pick up the car, I told her one of my key fobs stopped working. She just said, “give it to me” and she ran off for 3 minutes and changed the battery and gave it back to me. She goes out of her way to do a great job for her customers. An example to others. More
