I cannot thank Northampton VW enough for rebuilding trust in a dealership for me! The customer service from from phone call to the interactions throughout the process were amazing! The original quote from another VW dealership was $3,000 which included items that did not need repair and Northampton VW provided the technical expertise and the video to rebuild trust in the repairs required. Cassie got me in immediately when I shared my concerns about immediate repair being required so that I could make the 10 hour round trip that I make every weekend. Likewise, a Lyft ride was proceeded to me to return to work the day I dropped off the car. Thank you to all the staff especially Cassie and Jake! More

Great service I switched service from a VW dealer in West Springfield to Northampton VW and wish I'd switched years earlier. (I finally made the switch because the I switched service from a VW dealer in West Springfield to Northampton VW and wish I'd switched years earlier. (I finally made the switch because the W. Springfield place forgot to tighten the lugnuts and a wheel nearly came off as I drove on I-91.) In contrast, Northampton VW service has been so good I almost (almost) look forward to going there. Very efficient, welcoming, helpful. The nice waiting area (with coffee, snacks, and even cider doughnuts in the fall) is a plus. Cassie, the service rep, is great--warm, friendly, cheerful, always explains things in a way I can understand, and tries to get my car fixed and me out of there as fast as possible. More
