Aimee, my service representative, made sure everything that was scheduled to take place on my vehicle was finished to the highest degree possible. This was despite of the fact that the service department that was scheduled to take place on my vehicle was finished to the highest degree possible. This was despite of the fact that the service department was understaffed due to a COVID 19 issue. Customer and staff safety was prioritized first (as it should be), and all work promised, was completed to my satisfaction. Well done Noho VW! More
My 2011 Tiguan needed a new gasket cover as oil was leaking. There appears to be a shortage in available technicians to do complex work, but I got a free loaner car and excellent communication througho leaking. Aimee from the service department was great, she clearly explained what the car needed for it’s periodic service and gave an estimate of when the work would be completed. I went for a simple inspection sticker waited almost 3 hrs the worst part was they didn’t has the decency to let me know it was actually ready shortly after I got there so 2 hrs waisted and then they hand hrs the worst part was they didn’t has the decency to let me know it was actually ready shortly after I got there so 2 hrs waisted and then they handed me a free detailing , like that just fixes everything , not to mention management just doesn’t care either. During times of Covid times are tough. The dealership was very understaffed for a while. My parts were also on back order for a few months. Took my Beetle for a week to track down PEC light along with CHECK ENGINE, sometimes showing individuality, sometimes together. $2,500.00 later, lights continue unabated, individually and together, interm with CHECK ENGINE, sometimes showing individuality, sometimes together. $2,500.00 later, lights continue unabated, individually and together, intermittently, with engine cutting out and stalling. Cannot recommend nor will I return to this dealership!!! More

I brought in my 2017 VW Passat last weekend to get my 30k service completed. I bought this car last year, and this was my first real maintenance on the car. HONESTLY I wanted to go to Father’s & Son’s VW in service completed. I bought this car last year, and this was my first real maintenance on the car. HONESTLY I wanted to go to Father’s & Son’s VW in West Springfield, but because of work I only would be able get service done on Saturday and F & S have no weekend hours so i ended up at VW in Northampton. I must say i was quite happy with my service here. Aimee was amazing! Super friendly! Very open & clear! During our transaction she shown to me she is willing to go above & beyond for the customer. I am impressed with my experience here & will without a doubt come back. Let me just say as a manager I would be proud to have Aimee on my team. More
