Very impressed The service department at VW is right on top of things. I received multiple phone calls and text messages to make sure I understood what was happening The service department at VW is right on top of things. I received multiple phone calls and text messages to make sure I understood what was happening with my car. I loved getting the video from the tech showing the progress of the job. Plus, they gave me a timeline of when my care would need a particular service; ie replace tires; fix brakes etc. More

NoHo VW - OUTSTANDING SERVICE I brought in my 2013 VW Touareg for the sunroof rubber frame to be replaced. NoHo VW supplied me with a loaner car for the 3 days it was going to take I brought in my 2013 VW Touareg for the sunroof rubber frame to be replaced. NoHo VW supplied me with a loaner car for the 3 days it was going to take to complete the job. When I returned to pick up my car not only did they do a fantastic job on the replacement, sunroof works perfectly with no noise but they also went the extra mile to have the inside of my car professionally cleaned and shampooed. They take complete care of their customers for sales and ESPECIALLY for service which in my opinion is more important and is how dealerships get and keep customers!!! More

Service was great! We went in with an appointment and the staff was very welcoming. It took a little bit over an hour; however, it was a Saturday afternoon a was great! They serviced my car in a timely manor, were very helpful in going through maintenance items that needed attention and the parts and labor was very reasonable.
