Never again will I purchase a vehicle from any dealership owned by Ms. Cosenzi. First, I was told on the phone that they were still having their "cash for clunkers" promotion. Yet, when I was finalizing the sale that SAME DAY, I was told that was no longer a promotion. I was then made to feel very worried that I was not buying the extended warranty (I got an actual, "you are going to regret not getting it."). Then the financing manager messed up our financing (to the dealership's advantage). After having to have many phone conversations with him, I was told me it would be fixed (yet 4 months later it still hasn't been fixed). On top of that, when I dropped my car off for service, it came back with someone else's trash in it! More

It is easy to set appointments either online or by phone. Service is performed thoroughly and efficiently. Repairs and service are done correctly with just one appointment. I never have had to return for a second visit. I recommend Northampton Volkswagen without reservation. This is my third interaction in buying/leasing a vehicle. I also have spent time at Northampton VW for service. People there are friendly and courteous. I expect them to be knowledgeable. I have had success with other vehicle makes but the people at Noho VW will bring me back again and again. If the service people tell me that it will take an hour, it takes 45 minutes. If sales people tell me they can not make a deal, they work hard to find away to make me happy. There is always a plan B and it always takes the customer in to account. Not every visit runs as smoothly as most of us would like. That experience is always followed up with apologies and explanations. Northampton VW is a good place, good people, good service, and a very good customer experience. SW More

I originally went to Volkswagen to find out where the previous dealership had moved to. I was going to their new location to look at purchasing a vehicle. I was working on pulling into the dealership whe previous dealership had moved to. I was going to their new location to look at purchasing a vehicle. I was working on pulling into the dealership when my car decided it wasn't going to work any longer. Now I know that the weather was bad therefore the staff were busy addressing the needs of their employer during the course of daily business, but of the twenty or so men and women working only Jason had stopped to initiate any help at all not even concerned with making a sale at that point, he was more towards working on getting the car functional. When we determined that the car was not going to work further Jason's focus was not on "oh I have to move these cars too bad deal with it. It was on what can I do to help this individual get into a vehicle that A) runs and B) will be dependable. We worked diligently together to make it happen. I am holding the keys to a 2014 Jetta currently. As far as the description of the vehicle I am driving a Jetta S and Falon who works in partnership with the rest of the sales staff, sat with me to discuss the features of my car, helped me create a user account so I can see all of the information they have available for servicing, the next appointment planned. The staff have called to make sure that I am still happy with the car, I couldn't be happier and handled all of the communication needed to assess my trade in's, pay off a previous loan etc. More
