Terible "After the purchase" customer service. Customer service after the purchase was horrible. They took no responsibility for their employees actions, and refused to respond to my complaints. Getting the EXACT car that I wanted! I knew what car I wanted and I knew what I wanted to pay for it. Mark Florence, my salesman working with Joe Mark the Sales Manager made it happen. I couldn't be more happy with my car and my experience at Northampton Volkswagen. And to think they're only a mile down the road from my house in Northampton!
