Not the best I just bought the car 7 weeks ago and got a service message. I have put less than 1000 miles on it! When I called service department to find out what I just bought the car 7 weeks ago and got a service message. I have put less than 1000 miles on it! When I called service department to find out what was the deal they said it was because the oil change was over a year old. Seriously? Why would you sell me a car that would need to be serviced right away? There was also 2 recalls that needed to be done. The gentleman I spoke with said to bring it in and they would take care of the oil change & the recalls, no charge. That info was not put in the computer and when my husband brought the car in he was told that we had to pay for the oil change, which he did. Ridiculous! I had to fight with them about it. In the end I was promised that we would get refunded. Fingers crossed they take care of it. That is the only reason I am giving a "good" mark. I hate feeling that I am being taken advantage of. More

I manage a customer service team and know what customer service should be and Northampton Volkswagen Ebony was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I manage a customer service team and know what customer service should be and Northampton Volkswagen has never disappointed in that area. The labor charges are a bit exorbitant though....might want to take another look at those. More
