The sales person, Rachel was attentive, accommodating and super patient as we test drove several vehicles. She and sales manager Myron made the process very smooth and easy. They get that “taken care of customer is a happy customer”! They treat you like family there and it is not uncommon to meet one of the owners who are very often interacting with clients. Overall; I highly recommend this dealership and it’s staff but especially Rachel to anyone who is in need of new or “newsed” vehicle. More

I was looking through the used cars and Grant greeted me. He pointed out different models and when I saw one I liked he asked me if I wanted to drive it. A Jetta TDI. I liked it and we talked a little about price. I had an older trade and was offered a fair price for it. We got to a price and payment I could afford and made a deal. Northampton Volkswagen got me financing and now I have a Jetta TDI. I would recommend these guys for sure. More
