Purchasing a new car is a big deal, when it came to the nitty-gritty of talking price for both our trade-in and the purchase of a new vehicle John was very courteous and also understood that the amount of time we were going to spend in a dealership was important to us. John quickly followed up with his management and got quick direct answer on pricing when they were posed to him! After the purchase we dealt with Melanie when it came to all the information about the vehicle. Melanie was very personable and made us feel at ease during the time we spent with her reviewing all the options in the vehicle and made sure we understood one step before we moved onto the next. I also appreciated the follow up call from her. She said that she wanted to be able to help us going forward if anything else came up. More

They get that “taken care of customer is a happy customer”! They treat you like family there and it is not uncommon to meet one of the owners who are very often interacting with clients. However, we cannot say enough great things about our salesperson Rachel Cappella! She was super attentive and really cared that we found the car we loved! She was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Loved working with her! We also appreciated the help we received from Melanie, who showed us the ins and outs of the car we chose and was also very available and helpful with any post-sales questions. I was looking through the used cars and Grant greeted me. He pointed out different models and when I saw one I liked he asked me if I wanted to drive it. A Jetta TDI. I liked it and we talked a little about price. I had an older trade and was offered a fair price for it. We got to a price and payment I could afford and made a deal. Northampton Volkswagen got me financing and now I have a Jetta TDI. I would recommend these guys for sure. More
