Professional, knowledgeable, excellent communication skills, and excellent follow through on everything. When I came to pick up the car, I told her one of my key fobs stopped working. She just said, “give it to me” and she ran off for 3 minutes and changed the battery and gave it back to me. She goes out of her way to do a great job for her customers. An example to others. More
