Horrible experience, disaster and wreck of a car dealership. We put a $2,500 deposit down on a new Atlas. It was in the showroom and had a couple scratches on the bumper. No biggie, but we wanted th dealership. We put a $2,500 deposit down on a new Atlas. It was in the showroom and had a couple scratches on the bumper. No biggie, but we wanted them fixed. We put the deposit down on a Thursday and they explained their body work person works Thursdays, so it wouldn’t be done until next Thursday. No rush, we understand. Next Thursday rolls around and we reach out to them and they tell us it won’t be ready until Tuesday. Okay, no biggie. Tuesday was Xmas Eve and we had a lot going on so decided Thursday would be better to pick up vehicle. We reach out to them and tell them that and they say that’s better for them anyways. When we reached out we said we would be there first thing Thursday morning and that it would be ready, right? They said they weren’t sure and they would let us know. So at this point we are like well..if it’s supposed to be ready Tuesday and now you are saying it won’t be ready first thing Thursday morning, why not? What’s going on? So Thursday morning they tell us they are doing the body work now and it will be ready in a few hours. Wait, what? It’s not done yet? They tell us they are going to “check with the garage” and see when it will be ready. Never called us back. We waited 2 hours and called them, they said they are picking it up from the garage at noon, and we can come in at 1:30 to get it. We had plans this afternoon, so my husband asked if we could come at 1. We get there at 1, bumpers and body work looked good, but interior still had coffee spilled in it and clearly had not been detailed. They acted surprised and then suddenly remembered it wasn’t detailed yet, they “wanted to make sure we were happy with the bodywork first,” before they had the interior cleaned. Ummm, okay. If I was trying to sell a car, I think I would have it looking great before I showed it to the buyers (who had already put their deposit down, btw). So they say they will detail it. We go inside to do the paperwork. Turns out some of the financing things they had told us when we put the deposit down weren’t correct, or the guys was confused? So there is confusion there. Then they pull the vehicle up, still has coffee stains on the door and doesn’t look much better, they hand me the key. I ask where the spare is and they explain that is the spare...the guy who had the original key signed out doesn’t work there anymore. Okay, no problem, but umm...I put a deposit down on the car 2 weeks ago, that’s not something that could have been done in 2 weeks? Anyways, the dealership is still in business so maybe we were just asking for too much? But it was all just too much so we asked for our deposit back and left. Unfortunate, but we will find another Atlas at another dealer. More

Brandon is a wonderful sales person with an infectious joyous personality. I was especially impressed when I started looking at cars in the lot significantly cheaper than the car I came to look at and his joyous personality. Got a great deal on a brand new car and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Brandon and Northampton VW. More
