I wanted to first and foremost say that this dealership was put into a situation that was not at all their fault. I was in a situation where I had 2 faulty sunroofs on 2 separate VW Golfs. The dealership and the service department were so helpful in making me feel absolutely taken care of through this whole process. My situation started with VW corporate, and then moved to this dealership once a resolution was determined. Sami Suarez, Customer Relations Manager, went out of her way to make sure that i was taken care of and that all of my needs were met. She really was amazing, she was friendly, attentive, and communicated well throughout the entire process. Omar Ali and Ben Davis, who are part of the management team were very helpful and I thought went out of their way to make this situation come to a happy ending, finding me an amazing VW GTI in the color I wanted... ; )) Once is finance, Doug made my experience seamless and was quick to take care of all of the needed paperwork! I would recommend this dealership hands down to anyone looking for management and sales that actually care about their customers. More

Disappointed by the trade value given to me by the Sales manager. He claimed that was the current book value but I had only purchased the vehicle 9 months prior and got less than half what I paid for it. Ac manager. According to my research the book value was thousands greater. They shouldn't shaft consumers just to make an easy profit. More
