I had just come from the Hyundai dealership next door where I my experience left me aggravated and in a rather unpleasant mood. When I walked back in Sami immediately noticed me and we had a conversation about why I wasn’t happy with the car. Sami & Sal took the time to work with me, include my father & daughter who were also with me, and made sure I was excited about the car I ultimately purchased. I absolutely love my new VW Atlas!!! From beginning to end, I never felt pressured or intimidated. Shopping in this dealership gives you a friendly/family vibe. Everyone worked together to make sure I had a great experience. Some of the sales staff could be more knowledgeable in the EV business line since it’s growing market and people may not know much about the ID 4. Fortunately, we already owned another EV.
