My experience with this dealership was exceptional. From emailing with Samantha who arranged my appointment all the way through. My salesman Sal Akozbek, was caring, informed about the car (even though it was a Ford not a VW), pleasantly answered my question and was concerned about my comfort with the car and the purchase transaction.
