Leased my 1st Mazda CX5 After test driving many vehicles I decided to try a Mazda. I liked the fact that I didnt have 20 people chasing me in the parking lot when I 1st got After test driving many vehicles I decided to try a Mazda. I liked the fact that I didnt have 20 people chasing me in the parking lot when I 1st got there. After speaking with 1 person I wasn't working well with, Zoe Ventre noticed this from afar and was able to save me from leaving. She went to her manager Dan McBride and with his approval she was able to take over working with me (a blessing this was). She went above and beyond to do everything she could to make sure I was happy and got me into a vehicle that I liked that worked into my budget. Zoe kept me informed with everything going on by text or phone until the delivery of my vehicle and was in touch even after the delivery to make sure I was happy. Mazda is lucky to have an employee like Zoe Ventre and I hope to see her there when I go back for my next Mazda! Thank you Zoe More
Awful Service!!!! Wish I could give lower then 1 star. I am not impressed with the service from North Shore Mazda at all. The rims on my 2015 CX9 are peeling everywhe Wish I could give lower then 1 star. I am not impressed with the service from North Shore Mazda at all. The rims on my 2015 CX9 are peeling everywhere and the response from NS Mazda is simply that it is out of warranty. I have spoken with two body shops that believe these rims were not prepped properly. It is the same thing on all 4 rims. It may be past the 36000 mile warranty but if they cared about client service and repeat business they should be doing something to make this right. I am not going to waste the money on new rims and will never go back to Mazda or North Shore Mazda again. Hopefully seeing the car rolling around with rims that look like this will at least make others look into the Manufacturer and the Dealership before purchasing and I can prevent someone else from making the same mistake we did. More

Ionelli I explained i had received a recall in the mail and that I would like to schedule an appointment as soon as possible like Mazda had told me I should do because they are "concerned about my safety." He was extremely rude when he told me to leave a voicemail with the service department that would be answered on Monday. When I asked if I could maybe schedule something with him or have someone call me back he proceeded to ask me "why don't you come down here and meet me," in a very threatening manner. I will not be visiting this Mazda dealership as I am worried about further conflict with this man. He was not welcoming or courteous of my needs as a Mazda customer and almost has me at the point of being done with Mazda all together. More

I called North Shore Mazda for a group 35 battery (cheaper & more reliable than Duralast, I work in parts) for my fiancées car after just getting one for mine. I knew it might a long shot since everyone's been out of these due to the long cold snap. They told me they were out and all their suppliers were as well and didn't know when they'd be receiving any. Well, I get a call this afternoon from the parts manager and he had managed to get a few from their Wellesley location and went through his call log to find my number to let me know he'd save one for me. Needless to say North Shore Mazda will be getting more of my business. More
Loyalty goes both ways Over the past 7 years I have purchased 3 cards from North Shore Mazda and if I had the opportunity I would drive my 2014 into the showroom and hand th Over the past 7 years I have purchased 3 cards from North Shore Mazda and if I had the opportunity I would drive my 2014 into the showroom and hand the keys back today. I am not sure what has changed for North Shore Mazda, perhaps management or the move from Danvers to Salem but whatever it was it has turned a friendly dealership into a factory for bad customer service. Every time I take my car in for service they try and up sell me. About 6 weeks ago I called and ask how much a remote car starter would be, I also wanted to schedule an oil change, tire rotation and asked about a full detail. The guy I talked to sounded like he hated his life, almost like I was bothering him to do his job. He told me "we have the starters here but they are expensive and you should just call someone else and get an aftermarket" flat out refusing to sell me a mazda remote starter! He also said they didnt have anyone available to detail the car, oil change was of course not a problem. I wanted to get all of these done at the same time as I cant be without my car for more than a day and was going to take a day off from work to get all this done. I still haven't done the starter or the detail. This past Friday I brought the car in for the oil change after booking online, I actually booked the 30,000 service. When I arrived at the dealership for service there was no other people waiting, the guy at the counter said it was going to take 3 hours for the 30,000 service and $500-$750. Are you high?! My 2014 does not need $500+ in service! Again trying to squeeze every cent out of the customer and the time it would take is out of control, 3 hours? For what? I said forget it and to just do the oil change. About and hour the service person said I was all set and that they had "found a nail in my tire that wasn't leaking but removed it and patched the tire". Today (2 days later) I am running around on Sunday and my low tire pressure light comes on. Flat on the same tire they "fixed".. keep in mind again that it wasn't leaking in the first place and they decided to just fix something that wasn't an issue. I called Mazda as I was literally down the street and spoke with Bill Iannelli. Bill, if you read this review you should seriously take a moment and use this as self reflection. Bill was the rudest jack-hole of a sleezy car salesman that I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. And if it were my dealership I would hand Bill a cardboard box and tell him to pack his stuff and leave. I explained to Bill that I was down the street, with a failing tire that was patched just two days before from service. That I wanted to drop the car off, grab a loaner and have them repair it on Monday. That's not a big ask Bill, that's called customer service and LOYALTY to a good customer. Bill tells me "I cant hand out a loaner to just anybody" and that he needed "approval from the service manager" I said ok, so I will head your way, you can call the service manager and get the ok and then we will be good.. right? NO! Bill doesn't feel like going an extra step to help a good customer, instead bill wants to be rude and tells me to call back tomorrow. Lot's of good calling back tomorrow will do Bill, you monkey. Looking back on it now I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Mazda service intentionally messed up my tire so I would be inconvenienced later. After my experience with the service department, their consistent inability to do good work, their constant effort to up-sell for no reason their inability to recognize a sales opportunity but refusing service and Bill Iannelli being a miserable, useless salesman I will never return to North Shore Mazda or the Shaker Auto Group again. Edited to add: I got a call from NS Mazda this afternoon on my cell phone, no message just a missed call. One would think they would like to resolve this issue, apparently not worth a voicemail. More
