Service incompetence Northshore Mazda has had my car for four straight weeks. They could not figure out what was going on. I called the Mazda Corporation and got them invo Northshore Mazda has had my car for four straight weeks. They could not figure out what was going on. I called the Mazda Corporation and got them involved. Mazda corporation agreed to cover the cost. Okay. I appreciate that. I picked up my car today from the dealership and do you know it is still not fixed correctly? I have been more than patience with the situation with my car. I have had enough. They are incompetent to fix my car. I will be taking my car elsewhere to get fixed. I can not keep wasting my time as they have told me over the course of four weeks my car was fixed and ready for pick up and when I arrived at the dealership three times it still wasn’t fixed. Today, it is still not fixed. . Enough is enough and I have had enough. More

My son likes to talk cars with them and they have guven him advice when he had our old Mazda. They let you know if a sale is coming that you may need, like when you get a free tire if you buy 4. 2019 CX5 purchase I bought a brand new 2019 Mazda CX-5 on Thursday, I didn’t go there immediately, first I went to Liberty Mazda in Reading. I couldn’t get a salesman t I bought a brand new 2019 Mazda CX-5 on Thursday, I didn’t go there immediately, first I went to Liberty Mazda in Reading. I couldn’t get a salesman to help me as from what I saw they were very busy. I eventually met with a gentleman who kindly escorted me towards the backlot where all their CX5 vehicles were and he said he would send someone to help me as soon as a salesman became available, I hung out around the back lot for a while but no one ever came so I decide to go to North shore Mazda as I had my eye on a pre owned 2019 CX5.. I called the dealership and spoke to Duarte who immediately went to verify that the car was still there and invited me to come and look for myself. As soo as I arrived Duarte greeted me and took me to see the car, he was friendly and professional. While I was there I noticed a brand new CX5 that was also a Touring and had the preferred package same as the used one but with no miles for only 1,000 more. Duarte worked with me on getting that one and gave me a great deal. The car wasn’t suppose to be ready on Friday but Duarte worked hard and was able to get the car pick up ready, washed, registered and insured by 5pm the next day. He even waited until after 6:00 PM to answer any questions I had about the car. I would definitely recommend North Shore Mazda and Duarte if you’re looking for a good deal. More
