I was there for about half an hour and wanted to test drive a few Mazda 3s but they salesman didn't feel like really selling to me. We went over the financing and haggled over the price for a little. I got approved for some good financing and we settled on a price and the salesman was still disinterested, I asked him if he was alright and he responded fine and when I asked him why he didn't seem excited for the sale he was defensive. I decided that if he was like this now I didn't feel like buying from him. I thanked him and left. This was the oddest car buying experience I have had, very anti climatic. More

My experience at Ira Mazda was great! I am a recent college graduate and the idea of buying a car and haggling with a dealer was daunting. Al was such a helpful salesperson. I walked in not knowing what car would be best for my son witch is a first time driver. I went to Ira Danvers to trade in my current Mazda for something else. I met Albert Blank right when I walked in and had a great experience. At first he wanted to show me new Mazda but when i told him i wanted something used he switched gears and showed me right away what was on his lot. I immediately fell in love woth a Volvo wagon that he had and he did everything in his power to help me get the car. He even came in on his day off so that we could drive the car to my mechanic for him to check it out. ON HIS DAY OFF !!! My mechanic loved the car , there were two minor issues that he wanted taken care of and when Al and I drove the car back to Ira we went right into the service bay andaddressed the issues.Thank you Al !!! Albert is the man!... professional, low-keyed, knowledgeable and funny. Then, finished up with Al the nice finance guy. Because I knew what I wanted, and Ira kept to their advertised word, it was a totally quick and easy, stress-free transaction. Next time I'm in the market, I'll go right back to Albert Blank and his professional team. More
