I had put off purchasing a new car for over a year as usually car salesman make me feel stabby. However, Jovan was such a pleasure to work with, I never felt "played" and I felt he was being honest and usually car salesman make me feel stabby. He went I feel over and above his job description attempting to get the car to me with the least amount of hassle possible. He even set up my phone/blutooth for me and made sure that I had a good radio station on for my ride home. The only thing that sullied my experience and this had nothing to do with sales was that I was told I could get one price for financing and negociated "add ons" foner over an hour only to be told that it was a mistake the next day. This forced me to run around, which was not needed as I walked in with my own financing that I abdonded once they told me I could finance with them. Regardless the dealership is lovely. They have complimentary snacks and water, an amazing play area for the kids, free wifi and the music that was played was always good. Overall a wonderful experience and I would not hesitate to work with Jovan again. If you need a new or used Mazda make sure to ask for Jovan, he will not disappoint! More
On my first visit, no one was there to talk to me. On the day I was to purchace the vehicle, I had to wait more than an hour to get paperwork ready. I came into Ira Mazda becuse they had a For Focus I was interested in, I did not like the Ford but took a liking to A Mazda 2 they had, test drove it and did like it. Albert was very honest with me and my mother throughout the entire sales process. I liked the fact after driving the Mazada 2, he asked to be hones with him too and tell what I did not like abou it. We were about to leave and go to another dealer for the Ford Focus. Albert though wanted me to meet the sales manager Chris, who told the Mazda 2 (sub-compact) is a different class than the Ford Focus (compact), and advised I test drive the Mazda 3. Went back to Alver to discuss the features I want in the car. I specifed automatic, red color, power moonroof, aux input. Much to my surprise albert delivered the good in a 2010 Mazda 3. I still wanted to explore getting the Ford Focus, back to Chris Again, who was not pushy at all, was very understanding and gave some independent review sites to to compare the ford focus and mazda 3. As we left the dealership, I decided to sit back in the Mazda 3 I just test drove, reflected on my experience with this dealership and in comparison to others, as well as with other delearship, the cars were missing what two or thre features I wanted whil this Mazda 3 had everything. I went back inside with my other and approx 1 hour later drove out with the Mazda 3. They gave my good deal for my car that I was trading in, and a great price on the Mazda 3. It is thanks to Albert's and Chris's patience, understanding, and wanting to know what I was looking for, that won both me and my mother over to buy a Mazda from Ira Mazda. I went back a few day later to get my new registration, inspection sticker, and to buff out some noticble scratches. There service department is also outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend buying from this dealership. No complaints here. More

I been to a few dealers in my area and IRA MAZDA was by far the best. I Picked up a 2011 CX7, I dealt with Albert Blank, Chris Gannett and Bob Edwards. They treated me the way a customer should be treated, they explained everything in detail, they were courteous and professional and never made me feel pressured. My new car was delivered spotless inside and out and everything about it was explained to me. The dealership is clean and the showroom is stocked for you to check out all their models, not to mention that they gave me the best price. In the future if I find myself in the market for another vehicle I know exactly where to go and who to see. These guys and this dealership are great, do yourself a favor and go there. More
This dealer is not good for international people. It has been 25 days and i haven't got my car. They first got the down payment done by me and didn't told me, before down payment, that what documents will b been 25 days and i haven't got my car. I wanted car to face bad weather of Boston, and i dont have it. As i work very far from Boston, commuting without car is just killing me daily. My friend, same international status as of me, got the mazda car in 3 days with another dealer, and with me its 25 days and going more and more. I did a big big mistake in life going to this dealer. the worst thing is their customer service. I sent various email and didn't get any reply. When i call, they are always at voicemail, or just talk for a sec and cut the call. I dont know what to do now.. I am just very much frustrated, cancelling the deal will affect my down payment More

Took the entire family for a test ride and negotiated quickly to get the deal done. They met my expectations on trade and new vehicle price. The facility was perfectly clean, the staff was beyond friendly and my salesman (Albert) was a gentleman to me and my family (which counts big time!). Also, the financing was simple and we left in our new ride. So thank you Ira and especially Albert for making a difficult process pretty easy. More
I purchased a 2012 Mazda3 from Ira and Al was my salesman. My family has done business with Ira Mazda for a few years now and have never had any problems. They have always been polite and cheerful and more than willing to go out of their way to help the customer in anyway. I gave the overall experience just OK because of the long and tedious process that I had to go through to get my car: I picked out the car, got the details (price, down payment) all worked out in the same day. The model I wanted was not on the lot, so they worked out a deal with another dealer in the area. They went and picked it up, called me so I could go work out the financing and whatnot. This was Thursday. Once all the paperwork had been filled out, signed and it was "payed for" (financed), they told me "sorry, you can't have your car tonight or tomorrow because we left the title at the other dealership." They did, however, give me a FREE rental car to use in the absence of my real car. So, being a reasonable person, I figured they would send someone down to get it, and I would have it Monday, Tuesday at the latest because of the holiday. Nope. Friday. The title had to have been mailed snail mail and they didn't get it until the next Thursday. I didn't end up picking up my new baby until Friday night because I wanted a specialty plate and they had to go to the registry (which I am extremely grateful for.) To add insult to injury, they gave me the keys to it when I had financed it, so it was like dangling a carrot in front of a horse. Honestly, if I hadn't done all the paperwork for it and needed a car so badly (my Mazda got totaled), I would have walked. However: Al Blank was fantastic as a salesman and we will continue to do business with Ira, despite this slip up. He was extremely helpful when it came to the insurance questions and very knowledgeable about everything. Nice, personable guy and myself and my family look forward to doing business with Ira and Al in the future. Also, I got two free oil changes out of it. More

I ended up with a car that I loved at a price that was fair to both parties. I would recommend to anyone looking for a car to go to IRA Mazda.The cars are great and the service is fantastic. More
