I came to this dealership after having visited several other dealers for the car I wanted. I found the other dealers I visited to all be typical in their sales pitch and all of them playing all the same g other dealers for the car I wanted. When I came to IRA in Danvers, my sales consultant was Jovan Moxley.I found Jovan to be very knowledgeable about every aspect of the car I was buying, a (2013 Mazda CX-5).Jovan was the ultimate professional, friendly, patient, and organized.He made me feel like he really wanted to help me save as much money as he could on my car choice, and to get me the fairest trade value for my car. He gave me his word IRA would beat all the other dealers I had visited on the price of their car and on my trade value. He kept his word.He instills a feeling of trust between you and the dealership and treats you like you really matter. Jovan and his manager,Eric, were true to their word and completely blew away all of their competitors with the price of their car and my trade in.I was skeptical in the beginning that IRA was just conning me with false promises and BS like all the others. They had many really nice used cars on their lot and all the prices were posted, so there were no surprises when you spoke with them. The dealership was clean, bright and very inviting. Water and snacks were offered while we waited. Albert Blink, the salesman really was the most nicest dealer I have met in many years. This meant a lot to me coming from a family who's Dad was a car dealer back in the day. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal on a great car with no stress/pushy sales people haunting you and no pressure to buy. I had put off purchasing a new car for over a year as usually car salesman make me feel stabby. However, Jovan was such a pleasure to work with, I never felt "played" and I felt he was being honest and usually car salesman make me feel stabby. He went I feel over and above his job description attempting to get the car to me with the least amount of hassle possible. He even set up my phone/blutooth for me and made sure that I had a good radio station on for my ride home. The only thing that sullied my experience and this had nothing to do with sales was that I was told I could get one price for financing and negociated "add ons" foner over an hour only to be told that it was a mistake the next day. This forced me to run around, which was not needed as I walked in with my own financing that I abdonded once they told me I could finance with them. Regardless the dealership is lovely. They have complimentary snacks and water, an amazing play area for the kids, free wifi and the music that was played was always good. Overall a wonderful experience and I would not hesitate to work with Jovan again. If you need a new or used Mazda make sure to ask for Jovan, he will not disappoint! More
