Amazing customer service! I went in to look at a used car and left with a brand new 2012 Mazda2 for not much more. This was my first time working with one of the larger dealerships and I was amazed. I was greeted warmly within minutes of arriving and treated like a VIP the rest of the day as well as when I went to pick up my car two days later. My Russian salesman, Albert Blank was a perfect foil for my needs.Great personality. He sold me on the Mazda CX9 and I must say after 2 months I LOVE the car. I shopped the deal and Ira came back with the best deal. They also were very nice to loan me a frre car while they put some goodies on my new car.I will be bringing it in for its first service soon. I was very impressed with the sales staff at Ira Mazda. I had been researching getting a new car and consulted Consumer Reports for the lasted recommendations. From the time I entered the dealership, I was attended to. Jovan Moxley was my sales person and was very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. Needless to say, I bought I Mazda 3 which couldn't have been more pleasant. I loved my current vehicle, but knew it was time to get a more gas friendly ride.
