North Shore Mazda is the best Mazda dealership around. Jovan made the entire process so easy. I did not feel uncomfortable at any point. Jason Ludwig is rude, condescending, and overall a poor salesperson. He flat-out refused to negotiate the vehicle price despite the fact that it was priced a minimum of $200 above its value, he lied that salesperson. He flat-out refused to negotiate the vehicle price despite the fact that it was priced a minimum of $200 above its value, he lied that they were closing (it was 7 PM, the dealership closes at 8 PM) to discourage me from test driving the car on the highway, and he dismissed the results of the pre-purchase car inspection and the cheaper car price found at other dealerships as "fishy". Well, apparently it takes one to know one. Do not do business with this horrid, "fishy" joke of a dealership. More
