These helpful and understandable explanations helped my husband and I decide between the 2 Mazda models and a Prius that I had been considering. His warm, polite manner made it easy for us to work with him, while also helping us to make the decision to purchase a car from your dealership. Kevin, who explained the car to me after I purchased it, was also very easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the specific model and made it easy for me to understand how to drive the car, use the dashboard, radio and navigation system. I am giving a 5 all across the board is simply because when i first walked in i was greeted with such kindness and politeness better than any other dealership that i have been to. When i first called i spoke with Frank and he right away recommend when i came in later that day i saw Al that he was the best man to help me. Al was extremely kind and very helpful i told him i wanted to look at the Mazda 6 and he pulled it right up and we took it for a test drive. It was the first time anyone from all the dealerships i went too have done that and right then i knew i wanted the car. Al made sure he helped me out to save money any way, being an 18 year old and buying my first car he knew how to save money in the correct places. In the end i bought the car i wanted for an extremely good price and i left the dealership very happy. i would say my experience with Al and the Mazda dealership was amazing and i will make sure to tell people about this place.
