I was in search of a safe used car and needed to find something fast that was within my budget. Jovan is THE BEST car salesman I have met. It was truly a pleasure. I initially went into North Shore Mazda to check out the Mazda 6 and the CX-5. Donovan Dodge took me out for a test drive in each. Dmitrity invited my daughter and I inside the show room and asked what was important to me in a car (and didn't try to suggest anything exceptional! They even helped me get my wife a keyless entry for her 2010 Mazda 3 for 200$ less than other places quoted. These guys understand that happy customer is a returning Customer. Within a couple of days he discovered one in Connecticut and had it delivered to his dealership. It was exactly what I ordered.
