We purchased a used car from Northshore Mazda that had several problems after we brought it home. We returned the car because we could not get an inspection sticker. The car was in the dealership for 1 week the first time and 10 days the 2nd time. We were told by the sales manager when we called to find out when the car would be ready that "I have a dealership to run, I don't have time to worry about your 12 year old used car." We have never had an experience like this before. It was beyond fustrating dealing with this dealership. I would never return to buy a car from them. More

Making a desicion on buying a new car can be overwhelming....not so at NorthShore Mazda!! My purchase was discovered, sold, and driven away in the matter of 3 hours and on a Sunday!!! I just called the dealership to get the name of the Group and Kevin answered the phone and actually thanked me by name just by remembering my voice!!! Caller ID couldn't have been the reason because I didn't call from my phone!! Now thats a person and company that I want to do business with!! And I will continue to travel from Boston to do just that! You are a person and not a number here! The incentives and programs offered by the Shaker Group are most generous and attractive!!
