Certified used car is a joke I bought a certified used car and when it came time for the first oil change the tech said it needed brakes. I asked how this could be if it was certi I bought a certified used car and when it came time for the first oil change the tech said it needed brakes. I asked how this could be if it was certified and they blamed our driving. They didn't do anything about it. Sales manager would not even call me back. Don't trust them. More

My salesman, Duart, was very helpful but we could not get the numbers (money) to where my budget needed. A few days later Duart called me with information about 2 used Mazda3s that will fit my budget. After test driving both of them I settled on a 2011 Mazda3! I am very happy with the level of service and the continued effort given to my needs. More

I decided to take a ride to North Shore Mazd I researched the Mazda CX5 and went to my local dealership in Portsmouth NH. A very bad experience there. I decided to take a ride to North Shore Mazda. It was well worth the ride. Lindsey was very professional. She answered all of my questions. She brought out the car I was interested in and helped me get a great deal on it. The dealership is clean and everyone was friendly and helped what I usually find a stressful task to be be an easy one. I left the dealership a happy customer. I bought a great vehicle and I got a great deal. I am a new customer but they have me as their customer for life. Thanks North Shore Mazda!!! More
