Can I buy a P? _leasant, _olite, _rofessional I showed up without an appointment one day to test drive a Mazda 6 and Andrew was the first person I interacted with. He was very easy to talk to and I showed up without an appointment one day to test drive a Mazda 6 and Andrew was the first person I interacted with. He was very easy to talk to and gave me a tour of the vehicle before we went for a drive. He was comfortable with me taking a second lap of their "test track." I popped into the dealership a few more times to ask follow up questions and Andrew continued to be helpful. Jovan was courteous over the phone when providing quotes and answering other questions. I finished my experience with Duarte, who was also polite and easy to work with. I purchased the vehicle for a price that compared favorably with other area dealers. The whole process took a little longer than I would've liked (2 1/2 months), but I believe there are two factors why. First, I had never bought a new car before, so I was learning as I navigated the process cautiously. Second, the packages I wanted were not available on any cars in their inventory and my car needed to be located out of state. In the end, I felt very satisfied with my overall experience. The people I interacted with, whether it be a quick greeting or on repeat emails/phone calls/visits, were all very friendly and helpful. I never felt like I was being suckered or pressured, even in the F&I office. I always felt like my thoughts were being heard and questions carefully considered. I would certainly recommend shopping here for a new Mazda! More

We ended up purchasing a beautiful new CX-5 which was originally not on our list, but one that we quickly fell in love with after a suggestion from Dmitriy. There were a few minor hiccups during the financing process for us, however Dmitriy continued to work to make the process as smooth as possible. More
