Great Low Pressure Experience! My girlfriend and I were in the market for a new car and popped into North Shore Mazda on a whim and could not have been happier with the experience. My girlfriend and I were in the market for a new car and popped into North Shore Mazda on a whim and could not have been happier with the experience. The showroom was beautiful and very comfortable, inviting and you could tell that a lot of care was put into the customer's experience. We were greeted by Eric Martiniello, a product specialist there, who ultimately helped us in leasing our new 2018 Mazda 3 Hatchback. He took the time to understand what our ideal vehicle would be; We never felt pressured to buy something we weren't interested in. Through Eric's knowledge and expertise he helped us find the vehicle that was right for us. The process was super quick and easy and we were treated with a lot of respect. Hands down the best car buying experience either of us have ever had! We couldn't be happier with Eric and North Shore Mazda and can't wait to drive across country in our new Mazda 3! More
Cheated I feel completely cheated. When I bought a used car last April I told the salesperson no warranty. When I signed the purchase agreement it was inclu I feel completely cheated. When I bought a used car last April I told the salesperson no warranty. When I signed the purchase agreement it was included and presented like it was part of the financing. When I took it for a test drive the brakes were making a grinding sound; I was told this was "normal" because it had been outside. Less than a year later I need to replace the brakes. Final straw, I made an appointment, the computer readings were incorrect. When I made the appointment I told them I had the warranty; on arrival today was told there was a $120 diagnostic fee to find out if the warranty covered the problem. Absolutely inexcusable, don't go there. More

Relaxing Dealer Experience leads to vehicle purchase I entered the North Shore Mazda Dealership with the purpose to just test drive the new 2018 Mazda CX-5. Immediately I was impressed with the design o I entered the North Shore Mazda Dealership with the purpose to just test drive the new 2018 Mazda CX-5. Immediately I was impressed with the design of the facility. My Salesman Eric Martiniello and I took a test drive and he explained the many new features of the vehicle. He was not rushed and we had a relaxing test drive on the highway as well as back roads as I got a good feel for the vehicle's handling. Without being pressured in the least by Eric, and with assistance from Dan the Manager who also met with me, I walked out of the dealership purchasing a new 2018 Mazda CX-5. Upon receiving the vehicle, Lisa was helpful explaining the features of the vehicle and its electronic configuration screen display. Overall, a surprisingly excellent experience since I was only planning to test drive the car. More
Great Dealer Experience I'm a 2012 CX 9 owner. I bought my CX 9 at North Shore Mazda and have had good experience with them...sales, delivery and service. I've had my CX 9 I'm a 2012 CX 9 owner. I bought my CX 9 at North Shore Mazda and have had good experience with them...sales, delivery and service. I've had my CX 9 serviced there since I bought it and Service Manager John Burke and his team have always taken good care of me. I'm currently in the market for a new car and I'm considering a new CX 9 among other makes and models. I've visited North Shore recently to explore and test drive the new CX 9. General Manager Dan McBride and Product Consultant Zoe Ventre have been great to work with...friendly, knowledgeable, transparent, price competitive and low pressure. If I do decide to purchase another Mazda, no doubt it will be from North Shore Mazda. More
VERY RUDE AND THREATNING Called my local Mazda dealership about a safety recall I had just received in the mail. When speaking to mr. Ionelli I explained i had received a recall in the mail and that I would like to schedule an appointment as soon as possible like Mazda had told me I should do because they are "concerned about my safety." He was extremely rude when he told me to leave a voicemail with the service department that would be answered on Monday. When I asked if I could maybe schedule something with him or have someone call me back he proceeded to ask me "why don't you come down here and meet me," in a very threatening manner. I will not be visiting this Mazda dealership as I am worried about further conflict with this man. He was not welcoming or courteous of my needs as a Mazda customer and almost has me at the point of being done with Mazda all together. More
