Terrible internet sales manager After badgering me for 2 months with phone calls, sometimes one right after another, when I finally picked up the phone and heard Bill Ianelli on the After badgering me for 2 months with phone calls, sometimes one right after another, when I finally picked up the phone and heard Bill Ianelli on the other end I promptly hung up. He thought the appropriate thing to do would be to send me an email 30 seconds later that read: "Your phone etiquette is impeccable. Your parents should be very proud of you!" At no point should a salesman say or email anything in this manner to what he thought was a potential customer. Further when I called the dealership and tried to complain, they tried to defend his actions. I also asked to never be contacted again and they have not listened i had unsubscribed to Bills emails so now i am getting his emails forwarded from another employee. Dont get involved withe the tangled mess that is North Shore Mazda. Bill Ianelli should be fired and North shore Mazda should be avoided at all cost. And just so you know my first post included his original email for proof, but dealerrater actually sensors its content even without explicitive language to protect these terrible businesses and sales people. More

The car met our needs, was priced fairly, and because I had to have my 2 children with me, they even put kids’ shows on tv so I could wrap up paperwork. I’m happy with my choice to come back for our 8th (!!!!!) purchase in the last 10 years, and will be back again when the time comes. More

Car buying experience I walked into north shore Mazda at 7:30pm and Zoey greeted me and my husband. She was amazing from the first moment. Nothing but smiles and made us laugh the entire time. We ended up not buying the vehicle, but I will be back to buy one from her at the end of the year. George Ciko was the point person for selecting the vehicle I was looking to test drive. He was extremely knowledgable , professional and patient, as I had a million questions.
