We really appreciate your fair and honest review about your purchase and to your point, your are absolutely correct: the marking inside the door should not have been downplayed and I apologize on behalf of the staff member who made that statement to you. Doors should not be kicked open in transport and that is not how we train our staff to handle our vehicles. The same can be said for the miscommunications and confusion before while you were purchasing. It may have been a very busy week at the dealership, but regardless that is no excuse and we are sorry for the confusion. Again, we appreciate you sharing your visit in a fair perspective and it only helps us move away from a typical dealership experience and into outstanding territory!
