I knew this was the car I wanted so it was just a matter of finding the right dealer. From the moment I contacted North Shore Mazda, the experience was pleasant. Bill the manager was very friendly and helpful from the first phone call. He followed up and was attentive but more importantly was not pushy at all. It set my mind at ease that they were the place I wanted to work with. Bill set me up to work with Duarte Bettencourt who put the icing on the whole experience. I have never purchased a brand new car before but North Shore Mazda had the exact model I was looking for. My wife and I are considering purchasing our next vehicle soon and the CX-3 is high on our list. I would recommend highly. More

Buying a car doesn't have to be painful I hate buying cars, always feel like I'm getting ripped off. I went to a couple of other dealers and it all seemed to reinforce my feelings. Then I called North shore Mazda and spoke with Bill Ianelli who is the sales manager. He was very knowledgeable about his product and a very no pressure guy. I spoke with Bill 3 times asking many questions before actually going to the dealership. When I told him what we were looking for he gave us 3 different options and also introduced us to Dominique Charles who became our salesperson. Bill had explained the pricing so we didn't need to haggle. Dominique took care of explaining the process and came with us for a test drive. After we decided which car to buy she took care of paperwork and told us when car would be ready. She took care of registration and such. This was the first time I've not felt screwed after buying a car. Good place to deal with. More
