W I am so happy I came across North Shore Mazda. When I was looking for a new car, the Mazda CX-3 was actually the last car we decided to give a shot. We had always bought Subarus just because of the price and the safety. Living in MA, you have to have AWD for those winter months. It was my top priority so when we found out the CX-3 had AWD and was within our price range we put it on the list. The place is beautiful and our sales woman Zoe was extremely helpful when it came to answering questions and really walking us through what we were getting ourselves into with this car. I didn't feel pressured to make any deal on the spot, or hold us up for hours like many other places do. Zoe is amazing at what she does! From the time we walked in the door that first day to when I was pulling out of the dealership with my new car I was 100% satisfied. More

Zoe welcomed us as soon as we came I originally went in to North Shore Mazda to test drive a CX-5 to compare to some other vehicles I was looking at. Zoe welcomed us as soon as we came in, and was bubbly, friendly, and understanding of my wants. She was able to find a vehicle that was in my budget with the features I was looking for, and that I ended up falling in love with. There was no pressure during the test drive to purchase, and I felt very comfortable asking questions and getting more details about the car. Zoe explained different features that other cars might not have and broke down the numbers for us with a few different options. Once I bought the car all the paperwork was explained in depth, and all the features of the car were explained before I left the lot. Everyone was super helpful and understanding that this was my first time buying a car and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. More

Great people. No pressure sales. Super followthrough I had my heart set on a car at North Shore - which was sold via Internet to someone else on my way into the dealership. Ended up getting a different I had my heart set on a car at North Shore - which was sold via Internet to someone else on my way into the dealership. Ended up getting a different one that I like even better (Bill worked with me on creating something comparable and I didn't feel like it was a bait and switch - it was even better!) While they may not be the least expensive in the country for various models, they are certainly fair & competitive. We had an unusual situation where my husband was in Los Angeles during this which involved power of attorney and lots of fedexing and lots of patience from the dealership and all involved. Bill had to be out of town through all this but Eric stepped in and went above and beyond to take care of us, including driving up to Salem, NH and working with the town DMV which can be difficult to process things through. I think it was Lisa (sorry if I'm wrong) that came with him and I felt like I had my own team. They are awesome. More
