Victor is the man! I was searching for a car to buy and a company I could trust. I visited a couple dealers competitors of Mazda. As I walk there show rooms. Then it was time to visit Mazda of the Northshore. As I entered the show room. I was right away greeted by gentlemen named Victor Alvarado. Who showed me and my partner there show room. Through the whole experience victor was professional, helpful, and understanding. He knew right away the style, the luxury, the features I was looking for. Through the whole sale of my car. Víctor educated us on the Mazda company and the goals that Mazda has for there customers. He stated that Mazda was him, that he truly believed in the company. Which made me more secure and more opt to buy a Mazda. Now this was on a Friday so I couldn’t leave with the car due to RMV Closed on the weekend. Through the weekend victor communicated and assured everything was going well and that my car would be ready by Tuesday. Monday was a holiday! Now it’s Tuesday and it’s time to pick up my car. No long wait, and very professional as before victor pulls up with the car and hands me the keys and tells me congratulations on your purchase. I hope you enjoy it. Only thing I will say is that victor Alvarado is the MAN!!! More

I had been to this dealership several times to have my previous car serviced, and I always felt they were very diligent in their work. Eric Martiniello was very easy to work with in identifying my next vehicle. We went for a couple test drives, and we went over the pros and cons of each vehicle. I didn't feel he was pushy at all, and I felt very satisfied with the experience on a whole. When my new car was ready, it came with an in person explanation of its features which was a plus. I would highly recommend paying this dealership a visit! More

We decided we loved the CX-9 2018 with lots of options and Eric made it happen. We will pick up our new car early this week with so little fuss. Please don’t insult my family and make my girlfriend cry Came in three times with my girlfriend as someone who was ready to lease a vehicle. Sat down to talk lease prices with Bill and were given high numbers. Numbers that BMW advertises on their website. When her father ATTEMPTED to politely negotiate (never raised is voice, just asked for explanation), Bill started talking about how he's leased 17,000 cars, that Bill didn't have to "deal with this behavior," and if we got something less than that, "hats off to us." Then he proceeded to turn to my girlfriend, who's leased 3 vehicles over the past 9 years, and sarcastically tell her that her father is teaching her a life lesson, and insinuated that she couldn't 'afford' his cars. We've been to 10+ dealerships and have never been on the receiving end of a tirade like that. Completely unwarranted and disgusting. Bill pretty much sat down and said, "take my numbers or get out." I don't think it's unreasonable to lease an SUV for less than $400/month, but apparently Bill does. So much, in fact, that he brought my girlfriend to tears. They have decent cars. They have sarcastic, disrespectful, insulting salesman. Don't recommend going into North Shore Mazda, or maybe Bill was onto his Easter holiday plans. He spent a grand total of ten minutes of his time with us, and during those ten minutes, ensured that she, nor I, will ever go anywhere near a Mazda. So Bill did "teach us a lesson." Really appreciate your time. More
