Victor is the man! I was searching for a car to buy and a company I could trust. I visited a couple dealers competitors of Mazda. As I walk there show rooms. Employees d I was searching for a car to buy and a company I could trust. I visited a couple dealers competitors of Mazda. As I walk there show rooms. Employees didn’t acknowledged me being there. Then it was time to visit Mazda of the Northshore. As I entered the show room. I was right away greeted by gentlemen named Victor Alvarado. Who showed me and my partner there show room. Through the whole experience victor was professional, helpful, and understanding. He knew right away the style, the luxury, the features I was looking for. Through the whole sale of my car. Víctor educated us on the Mazda company and the goals that Mazda has for there customers. He stated that Mazda was him, that he truly believed in the company. Which made me more secure and more opt to buy a Mazda. Now this was on a Friday so I couldn’t leave with the car due to RMV Closed on the weekend. Through the weekend victor communicated and assured everything was going well and that my car would be ready by Tuesday. Monday was a holiday! Now it’s Tuesday and it’s time to pick up my car. No long wait, and very professional as before victor pulls up with the car and hands me the keys and tells me congratulations on your purchase. I hope you enjoy it. Only thing I will say is that victor Alvarado is the MAN!!! More

Eric Martiniello was very easy to work with in identifying my next vehicle. We went for a couple test drives, and we went over the pros and cons of each vehicle. I didn't feel he was pushy at all, and I felt very satisfied with the experience on a whole. When my new car was ready, it came with an in person explanation of its features which was a plus. I would highly recommend paying this dealership a visit! More
