I was changing from a luxury sedan to an SUV for the first time. She was not only thorough, knowledgeable , and organized , but listened to what my needs were and delivered everything I asked for. Great car leasing experience with Brian as well. Also wanted to praise Lisa for her patience and time she spent with explaining the features of the car to a not so savy tech person. Best car buying experience so far First connection with NSM was with Armando who called me minutes after I made an online inquiry re a CPO. He was professional, not at all pushy. Had m First connection with NSM was with Armando who called me minutes after I made an online inquiry re a CPO. He was professional, not at all pushy. Had multiple contacts with him and he provided requested info quickly and clearly. Went to NSM to test a CPO and met Victor Alvarado. He appears very young but was also highly professional and not pushy. He gently asked if I had considered a new vehicle, I had not. He shared about .9% interest rate on new car loans and other benefits of buying at NSM. Went home and did more research. Emailed and spoke with Bill, Manager. Also professional, efficient, not pushy. Disappointed that the car I requested to test drive was not available as promised but met Eric M and drove a similar car. Eric was thorough, patient with my questions, not pushy. Deal made with more back and forths between Eric and Manager than I would like- that whole process is comical- why can't manager just come out and get it over with? I anticipate a long and healthy relationship with NSM Service department but cannot comment yet. One concern was re the Finance hard press to purchase additional warranty. Not appreciated. Thanks to the NSM team- looking forward to loving my CX5 for years to come. More
