Unfortunately, an inconsistent experience I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I keep getting emails asking me to leave a review, so here goes. First, I want to say that the sales te I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I keep getting emails asking me to leave a review, so here goes. First, I want to say that the sales team was absolutely amazing. Professional, kind, genuine, knowledgeable, just awesome all around. Their names were Dominique and Andrew. I can’t thank them enough. Sadly, the overall experience was inconsistent, and all the goodwill created by the sales team was erased by my experience with the finance guy, which is a shame. I negotiated a monthly payment amount with the sales team, but when I was in the finance guy’s office signing the paperwork, the monthly payment amount was suddenly higher. The dealership’s motto is about being transparent, and when I asked him why the price of my monthly payment was higher than what I negotiated with the sales team, he said “that’s the bank, there’s nothing I can do about that. It’s about credit tiers.” Not very transparent. I asked him about how my credit tier affected my monthly payment, and he just repeated what he’d already said, literally word for word. He didn’t give a deeper explanation, and wasn’t interested in having a conversation about it. He wasn’t a terrible person or anything, but the friendliness and transparency I’d seen during the sales experience was nowhere to be found in his office. It felt like a bait and switch, and I don’t trust this dealership as a result. It’s not even about the money, it’s about the lack of transparency or care for making the customer comfortable with how financing terms affect monthly payments. It was very disappointing. Because of my inconsistent experience here, I don’t feel comfortable going back to this dealership for a new car when my lease is up, and I’m not even sure I want to go to them for service, even though they offer service discounts. I just feel shaky about their honesty now, and I’m willing to pay more money to have the car serviced somewhere else. Last, I want to repeat that the sales team was wonderful, and I wish my experience with the finance guy was as positive and transparent as it was with them. If that had been the case, this would be a perfect 5-star review. Thank you very much to Dominique for providing excellent service. More
