Won't honor agreement I've leased two cars from them. When returning my first lease, I was told I wouldn't have to pay the disposition fee if I lease another car from them. I've leased two cars from them. When returning my first lease, I was told I wouldn't have to pay the disposition fee if I lease another car from them. I just received a letter from the leasing bank saying I owe them $400 for the fee. North Shore Mazda now say they have no memory of it and they won't pay it because it's "not in the contract". Won't buy/lease from them again. Update: I've made two friendly attempts to appeal to North Shore Mazda GM, Dan McBride, about this and can't even get a response. More
