2019 CX5 purchase I bought a brand new 2019 Mazda CX-5 on Thursday, I didn’t go there immediately, first I went to Liberty Mazda in Reading. I couldn’t get a salesman t I bought a brand new 2019 Mazda CX-5 on Thursday, I didn’t go there immediately, first I went to Liberty Mazda in Reading. I couldn’t get a salesman to help me as from what I saw they were very busy. I eventually met with a gentleman who kindly escorted me towards the backlot where all their CX5 vehicles were and he said he would send someone to help me as soon as a salesman became available, I hung out around the back lot for a while but no one ever came so I decide to go to North shore Mazda as I had my eye on a pre owned 2019 CX5.. I called the dealership and spoke to Duarte who immediately went to verify that the car was still there and invited me to come and look for myself. As soo as I arrived Duarte greeted me and took me to see the car, he was friendly and professional. While I was there I noticed a brand new CX5 that was also a Touring and had the preferred package same as the used one but with no miles for only 1,000 more. Duarte worked with me on getting that one and gave me a great deal. The car wasn’t suppose to be ready on Friday but Duarte worked hard and was able to get the car pick up ready, washed, registered and insured by 5pm the next day. He even waited until after 6:00 PM to answer any questions I had about the car. I would definitely recommend North Shore Mazda and Duarte if you’re looking for a good deal. More

Or felt looked down upon for our age. However that was not our experience with Duarte Bettencourt. He asked us what was important in a car and started at the bottom of our options and helped us work up to the accessories we desired. Helpfully explained all the workings of the car during our test drive, and was extremely unimposing which we greatly appreciated. We ending up signing a lease for a CX-5 and felt like we got it for a very reasonable price, after doing our own research and were explained everything we wanted to know along the way. I would highly recommend going to North Shore Mazda to any friends and family looking for their next car. More

He showed us a few vehicles, was knowledgeable about them. He patiently allowed us the time to ask questions and test drive them, but provided no pressure to purchase. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience dealing with him. He followed up the next day with additional information and was extremely professional throughout the process. We ended up choosing a car at a different dealership just based on the model we are looking for, but I would certainly return to North Shore and deal with Duarte for any future purchase possibilities.
