Lease Upgrade I came in after receiving a call a week prior as they noticed my lease would be ending in a couple of months. Once I came in I was introduced to Eric I came in after receiving a call a week prior as they noticed my lease would be ending in a couple of months. Once I came in I was introduced to Eric Martiniello, who helped through the whole process. He asked me about what I was looking for and what my absolute must haves were. I currently have a CX5 grand touring and he said he could get me all the things I wanted in a touring model, which I wasn’t sure about. He showed me the model and I did not love it. He went off to show me the newer grand touring model, which had premium featured and I was IN LOVE. He showed me all the new features and talked to me about the price difference, which was a little higher than what I was currently paying, but after some work Eric was able to work with me and get me a good price for the car I loved. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new Mazda at North Shore Mazda. Hope to see you in 3 years again Eric! More
